1. Information We Collect

Basic device information: device model, system version, device advertising identifier (Android AAID/iOS IDFA), network environment, used only for game operation, ad distribution, and performance optimization.

Game behavior data: level play records, operation behavior, used to adjust puzzle difficulty and optimize product experience.

We will not request, access, or collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, and other permissions. If future versions need to add the above permissions, we will update this policy separately and obtain your explicit authorization again.

We will not actively collect real-name privacy information such as name, phone number, and address. Users can refuse non-essential data authorization without affecting the use of core game functions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Used to ensure stable game operation, adapt to touch controls, and update level content
• Compliant ad delivery through Google AdMob, without collecting or sharing sensitive personal data
• No selling or transferring user information to third parties
• Not used for automated decision-making or user profiling (except for non-personalized advertising)

3. Data Storage and Deletion

You can send a data deletion request to support@yishunzhaoxi.com, and we will clear all cloud-related data within 15 working days.

After users apply for data deletion, except for records required to be retained by laws and regulations, no device identifiers that can locate individuals will be retained.

4. Third-Party Services (Google AdMob SDK)

The game integrates Google AdMob advertising SDK, which automatically collects:

• Advertising ID (IDFA/OAID/AAID)
• Device model, system version, network type
• Game interaction behavior

Collection purposes: ad display, delivery attribution, anti-cheating, ad performance statistics.

The service provider complies with GDPR, Apple ATT, and Google EU User Consent Policy. For complete data processing rules, please refer to Google's Privacy Policy.

We will not share any device identifiers and gameplay data obtained from AdMob with other third parties.

5. Authorization Withdrawal and Personalized Advertising Control

• iOS users: Can turn off cross-app tracking permissions at any time in "Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking"
• Users in EU, UK, and Switzerland regions: Can choose whether to agree to ad data processing in the game launch pop-up, and can also withdraw consent at any time through the game settings page thereafter
• Android users: Can turn off advertising ID personalization in system settings
• After withdrawing consent, only non-personalized basic ads will be displayed, without affecting core game functions

6. Children's Privacy Protection

We will not actively collect information from minors under 16 years old, and will not intentionally deliver personalized advertisements to minors. There are differences in the definition of minors' age in different jurisdictions, and we will comply with the minimum standards of local laws.

Minors using the product require explicit consent from guardians.

7. Your Rights (GDPR + CCPA)

If you are located in the EU, UK, California, or other applicable legal jurisdictions, you have the following rights:

• Right to be informed: Understand what data we have collected about you
• Right of access: Request a copy of your personal data stored by us
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): Request deletion of your personal data
• Right to restrict processing: Restrict our processing of your data under certain conditions
• Right to data portability: Request to obtain your data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format, or directly transfer it to another data controller
• Right to object: Object to data processing based on legitimate interests (including refusing personalized advertising)
• Right to opt-out of sale: We do not sell any user data

8. Policy Updates

If there are major changes to this privacy policy (such as adding new data collection types or new third-party SDKs), we will notify you separately through in-game pop-ups and obtain your consent again. Regular updates will be posted on the official website.
